Recovering from color damage

Post by beautiful1 » Sun Jan 21, 2018 10:59 pm

Hi this is your girl Raynell and I did something rather stupid, being a licensed cosmetologist I should have known better, anyway I used a color remover on my hair and it turned my hair orange, I was horrified, so to remedy that I put a brown dye on top of that, it changed very little so I reluctantly dyed my hair back to black and I will leave it alone for a while. Anyway I lost a lot of hair and my curl pattern, does anyone out there have any suggestions to get my hair back healthy or should I cut it? HELP, any suggestions or proven remedies!! Thanks

You're a cosmetologist? That's cool!

Try protein treatments to strengthen your hair. Aphogee is good. Also you more than likely have to cut off damaged hair overtime happened to me too I had over processed color treated hair.
