Hello ladies, I am looking for some advice on post workout hair care. I work out almost every day and sweat a lot. I’m fairly new to natural hair so my hair is very short and when I do work out the majority of my hair is wet or at least damp. I looked on YT and saw that a few ladies like to put a light oil like grapeseed oil some Teatree oil, some peppermint and lavender to refresh the scalp, others like spotting apple cider vinegar and water solution onto the scalp and leave it and go, and finally saw some just like to rinse the hair with water and apply there leave in conditioner and hit the road as normal. I already have a normal lineup of products that I use so I don’t want to overload my scalp was too many different things especially after working out so I was just wondering what you guys thought would be best.
