This is like my 100th time posting under this topic lol but what do any of you guys thinks about hair supplements? :o  . I heard people's success stories with hairfinity and biotin but does it really work? Would you recommend taking hair supplements?

Hi Janecia,

I've never tried hair supplements but think taking them consistently (internally) helps .... even if its because of the added water you drink :D

I recently heard someone say vit E applied directly to face can do more harm than good. Dunno if it is the same for hair. I think hair oils, etc with vitamins will catch on soon.

Yeah I think so too. My hair LOVES oils especially when I mix Jamaican black castor oil, tea tree, coconut, and olive oil. And when I do a scalp massage my hair feels amazing and is moisturized for a couple of days. But I did take biotin when I first big chopped but I didn't really get any results I was considering using hairfinity but I wanted to get as much info as I possibly can.

If you're not deficient in anything, the vitamins may not have much of an effect on growth. It wouldn't hurt to try, but your attempts may be futile. And maintaining a healthy diet is much much cheaper than purchasing Hairfinity or a hair vitamin alike.

With the biotin I took it for about 3mnths but I didn't really see much results. But idk if I want to just have patience and wait for my hair to grow the way I want it or just take supplements. But I'm still doing some research and learning more about my hair. Before I make any decisions

I take hairfinity & I'd say my hair gets noticably longer.
