Dry, dry hair

Good morning

I need help...my natural hair is extremely thick. I have tried many, many products, yet my hair stays dry. I hate combing it and seeing my hair in the comb. I use a wide tooth comb, use the loc method and typically wear my hair in twists. But most days it is a challenge to get the comb through my shoulder length hair. I have been natural for 4 years...going from locs to twists..any suggestions would be appreciated

Have you tried to use oils and butter?
Coconut oil doesn't work for me, after the use, my hair is very oily. So I use the burdock, avocado oils and muru-muru butter. I just massage my scalp with the wooden brush like this, and leave it for 25-30min. First time wash it with warm water and the second time wash it with shampoo. Make it 3 times a week and in a month you'll see the positive result.
