I have been trimming my hair. But could it be the products that I was using? Well in the last couple months I changed my shampoo and conditioner based on reviews from youtubers. Can that have been the problem?
All my life I've been dealing with constant breakage. I did go back to the products I was using before when my hair was growing like crazy. But is there a way to stop or even limit breakage or shedding?

Also some of the breakage was due to exzema. I have HORRBILE exzema on the insides of the elbows and my doctor ALWAYS told me if I scratch to wash my hands because I can spread it easily.
