I have been trimming my hair. But could it be the products that I was using? Well in the last couple months I changed my shampoo and conditioner based on reviews from youtubers. Can that have been the problem?

Breakage/shedding

All my life I've been dealing with constant breakage. I did go back to the products I was using before when my hair was growing like crazy. But is there a way to stop or even limit breakage or shedding?

Hi wizmo and koumba!! I do not do the LOC process every night. No lie I did in the beginning and I felt as though my hair was heavy and it seemed like way to much for my hair. So I started doing it every other night sometimes a 3 night gap between. And it kept my hair moisturized longer than it norm...

I'm struggling to find a cream that works for my hair really well . Do you have any suggestions ? It all depends on the type of cream your looking for or your hair needs. I do use the cantu strengthening cream because I suffered from a lot of breakage using this helped me tremendously with dealing ...

Also some of the breakage was due to exzema. I have HORRBILE exzema on the insides of the elbows and my doctor ALWAYS told me if I scratch to wash my hands because I can spread it easily. The big dummy in the corner lol, scratched her exzema and then her hair and I actually had a small patch of exze...
